Definitions
We use the following definitions in these terms and conditions which we also
refer to as the Agreement.
You, Yourself the Customer, a person buying a Product from us
Start to Finish Leisure (we, us, our), a trading name of Start to Finish
Marketing Communications Limited, the Product vendor and, as and where relevant, the service provider.
Dirtworker a portable pressure washer bearing the 'Dirtworker' brand
Order Confirmation E-mail a formal acknowledgement of the Product you order that we send to you
Price stated when ordering and in Order Confirmation E-mail
Product as described on website application
This Agreement applies to the sale, service and all statements made by us in
brochures, adverts, and on the internet or verbally. When you place your order this means you accept this Agreement. This Agreement does not apply to Product purchases from other sources.
We supply to the United Kingdom, Eire and Channel Islands only.
Price
The Product and Price are shown when ordering and on your Order Confirmation E-mail.
Changes to exchange rates, duties, insurance, freight and purchase costs may cause us to adjust prices accordingly. However, you will know the price before you buy.
Delivery and Availability
We make every effort to deliver to you at the time and to the place we state on
the Order Confirmation E-mail, but there may be occasions when we cannot or, for reasons outside our control, we may not be able to do so.
We also endeavour to make the Product available when you want it. However, we cannot always guarantee availability. If it is not in stock we will tell you whenordering and we will not take any payment.
Dispatch times are estimates and we aim to meet them at all times. If we are unable to do so we will inform you by e-mail or by telephone
Orders are delivered in plain recycled packaging by Fedex couriers.

Order Confirmation E-mail
When you place an order to purchase a Dirtworkerwe will send you an Order Confirmation E-mail containing details of your order.
Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel your order at any time within 14 days of receipt without cause
and receive a refund of the Price paid. To do this, please contact us first quoting your original order number and we will send you a returns note, address and number by email. It is important that you have a returns number so we can identify the returned product. Do not return to the PO BOX address.
Product(s) should be returned in the same condition in which you receive them and at your own cost and risk. We reserve the right not to refund you in full if the product is deemed to have been used.
In addition to your 14-day returns guarantee, as you are a customer in the European Union, you are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days.
If we have not despatched your order when you call to cancel, we will simply refund your payment in full
Any statutory Consumer rights are unaffected by this Agreement.
Returns Policy
When you receive your Dirtworker please inspect it for any defects or damage that could be caused in transit. If there are any problems call us within 14 days of delivery and we will try to resolve them there and then. If you need to return the product, we will give you a returns note, address and number and arrange for a courier to pick it up from you – at no cost to you.
When you return it you must send in its original condition with packaging in
tact. We regret that after this period we may not be able to accept the return of the product.
Once the original order is returned, and is found to be defective, we will send a replacement.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, we guarantee that our Product will be free from defects for 12 months from delivery. Should the Product be defective within this period, we will repair or replace it within a reasonable time. We will use all reasonable care to resolve problems within a realistic period in the
circumstances.
Please do not return defective products without contacting us first.
We do not give a warranty guarantee protection for damage caused by incorrect installation, use, modifications or repair by any unauthorised 3rd party or Yourself and you must use the product in accordance with the welcome leaflet and user instructions we provide with it.

Services are provided by Start to Finish Leisure or other Service Providers. Our services are available by telephone or internet and by mail where appropriate. We are not liable for delays in performance (incl. delivery or Service) caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control and that will result in a time extension for performance.
